Yes. Riot verifies first-owner data — the original signup email and account history — before approving a Region of Residence change. If you bought the account or lost access to the original email, tell us in your ticket before paying and we will give you an honest assessment.

Riot requires consistent local activity over several weeks before the residence change is eligible. Most transfers complete in 3–6 weeks. You get a realistic timeline in your ticket before anything starts — no surprises.

Can I play on my account during the transfer? 

No — and this matters. The Region of Residence process requires the account to be played only from Turkey for the full duration. Logging in from your own country mid-transfer breaks the residency pattern Riot checks and forces us to cancel the order. Hand the account over, let us handle it, and you get it back with a Turkish store and a changed password.
