1. Who we are
DDD Boosting (“we”, “us”) provides Valorant services: rank boosting and region-transfer assistance. Contact: order@dddboosting.com or our Discord server. DDD Boosting is not affiliated with or endorsed by Riot Games, Inc.
2. Orders and payment
Placing an order on this website creates an order number only — no payment is collected on the website. Payment method, amount and schedule are confirmed in your private Discord ticket before any work begins. Prices are listed in EUR; currency conversions shown on the site are indicative.
3. Service delivery
Delivery times shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees. Work is performed by vetted, experienced players. Region transfers include a period of local play in Turkey until Riot’s Region of Residence requirement is met. You receive progress updates in your ticket.
4. Account access and security
Where a service requires account access, you share credentials voluntarily in your private ticket — never on this website. We use residential connections, never cheats, bots or VPN tricks. You should change your password as soon as a service is completed; we will remind you.
5. Your obligations
You confirm that you own the account (or have the owner’s permission), that order details are accurate, and that you will not log into the account during active service sessions unless agreed in the ticket.
6. Risk acknowledgment
Boosting and account sharing may violate Riot Games’ Terms of Service and can lead to penalties for the account, up to suspension. We work carefully to minimise this risk but cannot eliminate it, and you accept it when ordering.
7. Refunds and cancellation
- Rank boosts — before work begins: full refund, no questions.
- Rank boosts — mid-service: refund of the untouched part — completed divisions are billed at list rate.
- Any service — after completion: the service is delivered; no refund.
- Region Transfer Deposit (€30): non-refundable once the transfer has started, because it covers work that begins immediately — this applies even if the transfer cannot be completed. Only if you cancel before any work has started is the deposit returned.
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 days.
8. EU right of withdrawal
By asking us to begin within the 14-day withdrawal period, you expressly consent to early performance. Once a service is fully performed, the right of withdrawal lapses (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(a)). Before completion, cancellation is handled as in section 7.
9. Liability
Services are provided “as is”. Our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. General
We may update these terms; the current version is dated 10 July 2026. Swedish law applies. Disputes are handled by Swedish courts; EU consumers can also use the EU ODR platform. If one clause is invalid, the rest stand.
