Who we are
DDD Boosting is a Valorant boosting and region-transfer service operated from Istanbul, Turkey. You can reach us through our Discord server for anything relating to your order or your data.
What we collect
When you place an order or send an order request we collect your Discord name, your email address if you check out through the site, your country, an optional Riot ID, and whatever you write in the notes field. That is all. We do not collect game account credentials through this website, ever — account details for an active order are only ever exchanged inside your private Discord ticket.
How we use it
Your information is used to identify your order, contact you about it, and keep required business records. Order notifications, including your Discord name and order details, are delivered to our private staff channel on Discord. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it lives and how long
Order data is stored on our own server and in daily backups kept for 14 days. Completed order records are kept as long as needed for bookkeeping. If you want your data corrected or deleted, open a ticket in our Discord or email us, and we will handle it — you have that right under the GDPR, along with the right to a copy of the data we hold about you.
Cookies
The site uses only functional cookies needed for the cart and checkout to work. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Analytics. We use a privacy-friendly, first-party visitor counter to see basic traffic (page views, unique visits, referring sites). It sets one anonymous cookie that expires after 24 hours, does not track you across other websites, and shares no data with third parties.
